In line with the Resolutions and Conclusions of the Central Committee, the National Assembly and the direction and administration of the Government and the Prime Minister, in 2023, the Industry and Trade sector has promptly identified difficulties and challenges; proactively, creatively, focused on building and implementing drastic and synchronous solutions and assigned tasks and achieved positive results, contributing to promoting economic growth at the highest level.

Representatives of ministries and branches all agreed that what needs to be done now to reduce difficulties for state-owned enterprises is to urgently complete revised circulars and decrees, remove obstacles, and create motivation for businesses to recover and develop.
