Reporting to the delegation, Chairman of Trade Union of Habeco -Mr. Pham Viet Dung said: "Habeco has more than 4,600 union members and 21 grassroots trade unions, Habeco is one of the units that have many grassroots trade unionswith positive activities. Performing functions and duties of the trade union organization, in the past years, under direction of the Trade Union and cooperation of the executive board of the Corporation, HabecoUnion has actively implemented activities to present, mobilize and provide consultancy toemployees in implementing the guidelines of the Party, laws of the State and regulations of the Corporation. Particularly, the emulation movements mobilized by the Trade Union at all levels, contribute intellectual and strength to the cause of development of the unit and the Corporation has also obtained encouraging results with the total number of initiatives of employees up to 68 works, the profit of 4.596 billion VND, saving 3.316 billion VND.

On the other hand, trade union activities also focus on activities of visiting, encouraging the workers to help the sick, disadvantaged employees ... the timely care and support of the trade union has helped the employeesto be excited, actively work to fulfillassigned duties. Every year, trade unionwell organizes cultural and artistic movements, physical training and sports activities, take care of spiritual life for the employees, and raise the spirit of solidarity between the units and employees.

With active activities, Habeco trade union has achieved many outstanding achievements: 1,890 people have won the title of OutstandingEmployee, 249 people have won the title of grassroots-level emulation worker; 1,114 trade union members won the title of excellent trade unionist; 609 female employees won the title of Excellent Office job - Housework Women. The physical and spiritual life of employees is always improved. Specifically, the average income of employees of the Corporation reached 7.6 millionVND / person / month; for the parent company, the average income of the employees is about15 millionVND / person / month. Employees are treated well with social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, welfare.

Habeco also actively participates in social activities such as caring for VietnameseHeroic Mothers, building houses of gratitude, supporting clothes, rice for the poor and families in Ba Dinh District (Ha Noi), Ha Giang (QuangNinh), Quang Tri, Nghe An ..., social charity funds such as "poor fund", "support fund for island", "fund for Victims affected by Agent Orange" "fund for children in Vietnam", "fund for remote and inaccessible area" ... Total amount of social charity in 2017 is 8,184 billion VND.

Recognizing the achievements that Habeco has achieved, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Hong praised many practical policies of Habeco and trade unions which have improved the quality of physical and spiritual life of the employees. She hopes that the Corporation and Habeco union will continue to further promote the spirit of the typical union.

In theworking process, the leaders ofVietnam General Confederation of Labourvisited and presented gifts to the employees working at Hanoi Brewery - Hoang HoaTham. Witnessing the employees working in a safe and clean environment equipped with modern cooling fans, Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Thu Hong was very excited and encouraged the employees to strive for and promote innovative ideas to complete production and business targets set by the leaders of the Corporation.
